What is the average response time?
For general inquiries, we respond within 4 hours during business hours (PST). For active trips marked "Emergency" via the app, our response time is under 5 minutes, 24/7.
How do I report a vehicle issue?
Use the "Diagnostics" tab in the mobile app. It connects directly to the vehicle's telemetry. If you are offline, use the satellite sos button on the dashboard or call the emergency line listed above.
